Your journey begins at your accommodation in Reykjavík, where your private driver-guide collects you in our lifted RAM 3500. From there, the day belongs entirely to you. No bus schedules, no waiting for other guests, no pressure to leave a place before you are ready.
Travel through shifting Icelandic landscapes to Þingvellir National Park, where the North American and Eurasian plates slowly pull apart. Continue into the geothermal heartland for the famous Geysir area, then on to the thunder of Gullfoss.
Throughout the day your guide adjusts the route and timing around weather, light and local conditions — finding a quieter viewpoint, stopping somewhere unexpected, or simply staying longer where you are happiest.
Good to know
The journey runs around 8 hours, but because it is entirely private the pace adapts to your group. Restaurant reservations, geothermal bathing and additional experiences can be built into your itinerary on request. Admission fees for optional activities are not included unless stated in your proposal.
What to bring
Warm layers, waterproof outerwear and sturdy shoes. Icelandic weather can change quickly, even in summer.
